Monday's tour is called Crusaders in Jerusalem. In 1099 the Crusaders conquered Jerusalem and massacred its inhabitants. When they were finally driven out they left behind a rich architectural heritage. We'll explore some of their buildings and follow the story of the Crusader Kingdom of Jerusalem. We will meet just outside the Jaffa Gate on Monday August 30th at 9.30am. The tour will last 2-3 hours and will cost NIS 60 plus a site entry fee of NIS 2.
